This 1,000 sq. ft. basement remodel transforms the space into a multi-functional retreat with areas for entertainment, fitness, play, and rest—all thoughtfully curated by our interior designer.
The entertainment area centers around a cantilevered slat feature wall and fireplace, while the kitchenette boasts a sleek quartz countertop and black porcelain tile wall with open shelving. A custom chalkboard wall enhances the kids’ play area, and a flexible game space accommodates ping-pong, VR, and more. The fitness area supports both aerobics and yoga. A luxurious bathroom connects seamlessly to the guest suite, completing this elevated lower-level living experience.
