Once a Boy Scout firing range, now a hobbit-inspired retreat. Crafted Concepts’ design nestles into a Biotekt-engineered shell, echoing Tolkien’s world while embracing modern comforts. This collaboration with Carner Development brings hobbit dreams to life at FLX-Retreats in Phelps, NY.
Within 200 sq. ft., this cozy getaway balances function and charm. A queen bed with a built-in bookshelf; a convertible dining area with a two-bed cot; a fully equipped kitchen for cooking needs and a thoughtfully designed bathroom create a seamless retreat. Soft curves replace sharp edges, making this compact space feel both intimate and expansive.
