Process:
Expanding the livable space to unite multiple generations under one roof was a driving necessity for this family’s home. This in-law suite needed to be universally accessible, cost-efficient and spacious enough to accommodate visitors. This transitional design features an open-plan “great room” crafted with oak hardwood and a vaulted ceiling to create character, warmth, and allow for plenty of natural light. The architecture team was heavily involved in the on-site completion of this project, which ultimately led the conception of co-founder Joe expanding CC into the construction entity.
